Why join the challenge? Climate change is the most important challenge of our time. Learning to interact with our environment in a sustainable manner that mutually supports all our ecosystems is a best practice in terms of survival for all.  Choosing actions is a way to engage.

Given our carbon dependent economy, we need to serially invest time, money and commitment into sustainable carbon free strategies that allow for existing ecosystems to survive and thrive.

There are a number of items each of us can do to affect co2 emissions, these items are doable daily and when done by huge numbers of us causes a meaningful impact with regard to co2 emissions, thus, we collectively can affect markets and can affect our environment to the benefit of ourselves and our heirs.

Ok everybody, the atmospheric co2 increased today as the use of carbon containing energy products continues to be used as the way to get work done. What to do? Engage inthis challenge, engage in a low/no carbon future, vow to challenge the status quo and the status quo will change. We can use new /proven ideas to renew our home/our world but we must educate/innovate/actuate.

    1. a sustainable water future requires matching supply to water use. Understanding potential water sources/costs/impacts creates insight into possible supply. Researching water uses and ways of reducing use, recycling and re-using water can lead to insight regarding efficient water uses thereby extending supply.
    2. a comprehensive program of water research, water policy based on best practices, water security and sustainability practices will direct a community in the best direction given your unique location/challenges.
