    We're back from Spring Break and excited to get all local foods at the store and make yummy dinners at home! I love to cook!

    Yesterday I chased a huge plastic bag down a crowded city street so I could throw it away. We we’re near the ocean and I wanted to make sure  it stayed away!

    Today we went to a farmers market while on the road in the south. We ate local honey, bought strawberries and more!

    We are on a road trip for spring break. But we are trying to find local foods and fruits and eating healthy! It’s a fun way to learn about new places.

    it's going good today i picked up trash from the wood's.Someone dropped it and did not pick it up. so I did!

    pretty good. we noticed that it was easier to actually do the eco challenge activities over the weekend, but harder to remember to get online and log in! too busy hanging with our friends and out exploring the forests, farms and markets around the hudson valley!!

    we eat at Bread Alone a few times each week. It is owned by a woman named Sharon. Women rock!
