Alyssa Blank 4/08/2019 7:07 PMI think that North Americans eat more meat than any other country because we have a lot of farmland for animals and we are a free country, so we have a choice wether to eat meat or not. I think a big one is also the fact that our portion sizes are huge, just like we used to have Super Sizes At Mc Donald’s and other restaurants. We like to think bigger is better in society and we tend to think that food is a good thing and that we should eat it all of the time. It can be a good thing, however, I think we all need to work on actually knowing the real portion sizes.
