Learning about the value (in more ways than one) of waterways confirmed my desire to live close to either a river, waterfall, pond, etc. when I buy my first home. I learned about the History of waterways close to me. Interesting stuff!

This is the link I watched about family planning. It was pretty interesting. I didn't feel like I learned many new things, but it still was valuable. I did learned more in depth about what can medically go wrong during an unplanned pregnancy. Scary stuff!

Over the weekend, I ordered reusable bags from a brand called Baggu. One for us and a few as Mother's Day gifts. https://baggu.com/ They are SO cute and SO durable.

My husband and I are consistently going to be collecting our recyclable cans and bottles for return from now on. Even if it's only a few bucks here and there, everything helps when it comes to chiseling down the grocery bills. :)

Yesterday, I brought our cans and bottles to Hannaford to return. I got almost $5 back, which was great to put towards my grocery bill. :)

Sometimes when I get bored at home, I tend to go for random drives. Today, I fought the urge and when I got bored and felt like I needed a change of scenery, I went outside and took some photos of my yard. It was fun and relaxing!

Tonight I planned our dinner around leftovers we still had in the fridge. Mish mosh tacos were a hit. No waste! :P

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but I unplug anything I can when it's not in use-- the coffee maker, phone chargers, the toaster oven, etc.
