    I found this incredible organization called Regeneration International. Their mission is to promote, facilitate and accelerate the global transition to regenerative food, farming and land management for the purpose of restoring climate stability, ending world hunger and rebuilding deteriorated social, ecological and economic systems.

    They are a a network of more than 250 international partners and a growing number of Regeneration Alliances throughout the world, including in the U.S., South Africa, India, Canada, Belize, Mexico and Guatemala. They have a lot of fantastic resources and I would definitely check them out!

    Food Smaller Portions
    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    This challenge has helped my partner and I significantly reduce food waste! Routinely, we would portion our meals by reasonably filling our dinner plate. Often we could not finish the full amount and would save it for another day (usually not going back to it and then throwing it out days later). By using smaller plates, we realized we were satisfied with smaller portions, made less food for the next meal, and ultimately reduced food waste!
