I found out about why organic milk has a longer expiration date and now I buy organic milk so I have extra time :)
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Smaller Portions
Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

In the past, I used plastic water bottles and bags and now I use cloth bags at the grocery store and a water bottle. Also, at restaurants I ask to not have a straw and just drink from the glass.
