"ranchers settled our country so we should honor that tradition by continuing to do things the same way, eat what they raised, etc." "my grandfather did it this way so i should too" "the government says it's safe so it must be" we need to break out of this funk, think freely and be open to change and then DO IT -

Kerry Devoy-Elwood 4/04/2019 5:48 AMone of the best things about minneapolis is how walkable it is. there's some fact that says there's a park every 6 blocks in minneapolis and since i'm in the lakes area that is definitely the case. the sunrise is the best part of my walk. -

While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this.
