Carl Graves 4/24/2019 7:47 PMSo this is the last day of the challenge. I hope to do this again since I really enjoy when the momentum gets me going. I have learned a lot but there is more to learn and do. Glad to have been part of our team and hope we do this again! -
Carl Graves 4/14/2019 7:32 PMI am loving all the teams represented by schools. That is when the money is for helping us get society on board into the future! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Learn the Truth About Expiration DatesHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
Carl Graves 4/11/2019 2:16 PMMy knowledge of expiry and sell by dates has improved over the past year. I am now more comfortable with using food that has dates close to and beyond the expiry and sell dates. I also use good common sense for how any particular food appears! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsIn your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?
Carl Graves 4/10/2019 10:10 PMThe prosperity of North America in my lifetime has engendered a pursuit of the "best of things" which has included meat and plenty of it. We have lost touch with the enjoyment of simpler things, usually at the expense of our environment. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and Cities Go by BikeHow does using human-powered transportation make you feel compared to using other methods of transportation?

REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Social Justice Give a MicroloanGlobally, women typically invest a higher proportion of their earnings in their families and communities than men. Why do you think that is?
Carl Graves 4/04/2019 1:50 PMI think that is true. They also spend less earnings on themselves would be my guess! -
