    My niece is visiting for the weekend and is a vegetarian.  We are going to explore some recipes in the Green Team's 2017 Earth Day cookbook, all vegan and vegetarian recipes!  You can download a copy on the Green Team page, or just search for "cookbook" on CHILD.  Have a great weekend all!

    My vegetarian niece is visiting for the weekend - so I am cooking some meatless meals!  Excited to try some plant based main dishes - for inspiration I will look at the Green Team's Earth Day 2017 cookbook, full of vegan and vegetarian recipes.  Just go to CHILD and search for cookbook.  Have a great weekend!

    In my research on methane digesters, I learned about Gunderson Health's collaborative work with local dairy farmers in WI.  They are making energy and compost from animal waste, awesome!
