    How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

    I could use refuse plastic bags and recycle paper ones from the grocery store. This makes me feel better and more efficient about shopping

    There is a "more is better" paradigm that creates the idea that less food is less appealing. This shows we have abundance but waste a lot.
