    I just ordered my location FedEx Earth Smart envelops. Since they are reusable, I think it is better for the Team!

    Being able to realize that I don't need as much food on my plate is awesome. Not only am I satisfied, but I do not trash food that someone else need. We actually plan to meal prep tonight to continue out journey.

    My grandbaby and I had a wonderful walk yesterday. I think this is better than my therapy, enjoying the nice view out doors and having a bonding time. All without the electronic devices we normally have.

    The walk with the family this morning went wonderful. The weather was cool and the breeze was awesome. The grandbaby came as well.

    I am looking forward to this weekend. The family and I will continue with our smaller meals. They are also going with me on my walk. This will be nice for them see how I feel as I continue with the challenge.

    My daily walk is getting easier. I am not only increasing my energy but I notice that my mornings with Team are so much easier. I have had time to reflect with nature and my vibes are so much positive. The energy that I bring to the morning meetings have changes and they see a difference. As you change, so will the individuals around you as well.

    I am really enjoying this challenge. Not only am I making myself aware of how to lessen my impact on the planet, but I am getting my family involved as well.

    Planting trees are good for your mental health because it assist in positive thinking. Planting trees assist with physical health because it encourage to spend more time outside.

    Don't allow the water to run if not in use. We have a habit to run the water 5 minutes prior to getting in the shower. Moving forward we will no do that to save money and energy.
