Ellie McDonald 4/03/2019 6:20 AMI grew up in El Salvador where saving water, electricity and eating small portions to make sure you eat what you serve yourself is a way of life. Now that I live in the U.S., I have tried to instill that same sense of responsibility to my kids and I feel it is important to them too.
