    My diet is currently impacting deforestation because i'm eating nutella that has hazel nuts in them. I'm now not eating nutella.

    I could incorporate reduce, reuse, refuse, repair and repurpose by not using as many plastic water bottles.

    Food Smaller Portions
    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    I have noticed that where I live is that more people walk in the morning or around 12 o' clock. I like to take a walk in the morning because it wakes me up for the day.

    This morning I took a 10 minute walk a it was mostly enjoyable but my feet hurt from big asphalt rocks tripping me.
