    Since I started tracking my food waste I became more cautions about everything that I was consuming. Unfortunately I had to throw some fruits and salads away but it helped me to understand the size and amount that I have to buy those types of things.

    Knowing the difference between them will make me waste much less food. I used to throw away any type of food that had the use by or best by expired. And now, I know I can still consume the product but knowing the quality might not be the same.
