    A group of young women discussed the movie, Period. End of Sentence. We took time to thoughtfully go over the differences women and girls around the world experience menstruation and how it effects their lives.

    Today a group of 6 young woman spent time preparing feminine hygiene products for women around the world. We left with our own sustainable products and were asked to spread the word to others in our community who would be interested in donating to this group. Empowering educational day!

    My challenge to use a whole head of cabbage continues. Even when we try super hard to eat it....it ends up in the compost. I need a neighbor or a friend to share half a head.
