    Use-By: This label is aimed at consumers as a directive of the date by which the product should be eaten
    Sell-By: This label is aimed retailers, and it informs them of the date by which the product should be sold or removed from shelf 
    Best-By: This is a suggestion to the consumer on which date the product should be consumed to assure for ideal quality.
    understanding these three things helps with food not being wasted

    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    My wife been telling me for a while, only really starting doing it on this challenge its hard to reprogram the brain to eat less
