    I try to evaluate why products are inexpensive, and pay more when I am able to source products that do not shift the cost to natural resources.

    My best friend's family has a farm. Fortunately her sister was happy to take it over, and restore a large portion of it to protected land.

    A bioplastic is made from plants, not oil, so that was news. Mussels can't tell the difference between plankton and plastic, and then it enters the food chain.
