trying to use what is already in the fridge, to be judicious when ordering from Imperfect Produce.  Having just traveled for a family wedding weekend, I saw displays of leftovers, brunches with plastic utensils...we can do better! 

It's exciting to have a team, please feel free to invite others.  Let's share ideas on some of these drawdowns. 

Deliberately avoiding plastic as much as possible, and where impossible writing to companies about their packaging.
