    How is your diet currently impacting deforestation? What can you do to decrease your negative impact and increase your positive impact?

    I eat a lot of dairy and meat products which greatly impact deforestation. That is why I challenged myself to have at least one vegan meal a day. It is easier than I thought when I prep my own food, but when I go out to eat I find it more difficult to do.
