A good vegan meal to have is Miso Soup, especially with tofu because that's pretty good for you if you eat the right amount of it.

It was actually really fun, I walked my dog this morning for thirty minutes, so it was still pretty dark out, but tomorrow I'll start walking her during the day.

If you have a dog, you should walk them for 30 minutes a day because you both get exercise and fresh air.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

It wasn't that hard because I don't eat the foods to much in the first place but I miss cocoa powder :(
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

    Griffin Allen's avatar
    Griffin Allen 4/02/2019 12:17 PM
This is not good for the environment because of pollution and the fact that people are killing animals which I don't like because animals are awesome.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Composting
Producing food that goes uneaten squanders many resources—seeds, water, energy, land, fertilizer, hours of labor, financial capital. Which of these kinds of waste most motivates you to change your behavior regarding food waste? Why?

    Griffin Allen's avatar
    Griffin Allen 4/02/2019 12:12 PM
The fact that producing meat products effects the growth of plants motivates me to not eat as much meat, because I care about plants a lot, especially trees, because of all the provide for us and other organisms.
