    I was always a skinny kid and I took jazz dancing lessons every Saturday. Then I got older, happier, and fat. Survived a significant blood clot in 2016. I'm lucky to still have my leg and my life. Time to think globally whilst acting locally right on my plate. I can reduce my carbon footprint and my weight at the same time!

    Food Smaller Portions
    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?
