Gabbie Batzko 4/10/2019 7:18 PMToday was beautiful outside and it was around 70 degrees. I walked around campus and counted 10+ dogs, best walk yet! -
Gabbie Batzko 4/07/2019 7:38 PMHaving a plant-rich diet is much easier than I expected it to be. I thought I would be substituting tofu or tempeh in for everything but I decided to try some new recipes instead! I made a veggie soup that will last me a few days with all of my favorite veggies and a few types of beans for some added protein. It tastes amazing and is a great substitute for a neat-based meal! -
