REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Smaller PortionsFun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?
Lynn Broniak-Hull 4/18/2019 12:52 PMI bought small plates for our family Easter celebration and even smaller plates for the desserts. Eating smaller portions will help all of us keep in prime shape and maintain a healthy weight for our age. This will keep us in better moods and create a happier family atmosphere for everyone. -

Lynn Broniak-Hull 4/10/2019 5:33 AM
I planted a tree from a seedling that grew in my friend's back yard in a place in my yard that will provide shade in the summer months in the future. It makes me feel good that I won't have to use the air conditioning as much. Mentally, I feel more efficient. -
