Jenny Dunning 4/11/2019 4:34 AMI’m incremental with all this. One of my biggest challenges is to eat less meat—because my family loves meat. I already add extra veggies, but my new thing is to also add beans. Just found out I can cook lentils in the rice cooker along with brown rice.
