REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportHalf of all trips made in the US are three miles or less; 72% of them are driven. Private vehicles account for 60% of trips of a mile or less. Do you often drive short distances instead of biking or walking? If so, how might incorporating an electric bike into your lifestyle help you make more climate-friendly choices?
Jane Even 4/24/2019 11:39 AMI did it! I bought an E Bike and pick it up 4/25. I'll be leaving my car at home and riding my bike to work and back now. I have a regular bike that I have ridden to work, but always dreaded the 2 mile hill climb going home after working 10 hours--now I'll be biking more, driving less, saving gas, and will have a healthier me and the environment-pricey, but worth it! -
