REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
Nancy Everett 4/04/2019 9:28 AMExpiration dates on some items mean nothing. Many canned goods now have an expiration date and they are still perfectly good but will throw them out. The same holds true for yogurt. It well last last well past the expiration date. Eggs will often last longer than 3-5 weeks. They may not be as fresh but are still perfectly edible.
