REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity Generation Advocate for Solar InstallationHow does advocating for rooftop solar connect to your values? How might you be able to get others involved in advocating for the shift to clean energy?
Joshua F 4/06/2019 5:55 PMAdvocating for rooftop solar helps to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels. Financial incentives help people make the leap, it gives them better cost benefit, break even points, tax credits. I also recently learned of leasing options such as from Tesla, a family memeber of mine pays $35/month for 20 years for their system with no up front cost. It saves them hundreds on their electricity bill and they'll even get a rebate for they sold back to the grid at the end of the year.
