    My challenges are going good, I have been taking walks every day for 15 minutes every day. I missed one day because I didn't have time to, so the next day I walked for double the time. It has been good because I have been able to clear my head and get some exercise daily. Since I have started the other challenge for not wasting food I have also been doing good. Every day I proportion my food so I only take as much as I know I am going to eat and if I want more after I can take more. Taking a smaller serving  can help you not over stuff yourself and help not to waste so much food.
