REFLECTION QUESTIONLand Use Forest-Friendly Foods 1How is your diet currently impacting deforestation? What can you do to decrease your negative impact and increase your positive impact?
Kelsey Gerstler 4/03/2019 1:57 PMI am not vegan, or vegitarian. But, I am trying to eat more like them. This website https://www.downtoearth.org/go-veggie/environment/top-10-reasons showed me how my diet hurts the environment. That's why today I'm having pasta! This site really makes you think about how cruel our diets can be to animals and the environment. -
Kelsey Gerstler 4/03/2019 1:54 PMI finished my first challenge!!!! I'm so proud! -
Kelsey Gerstler 4/02/2019 3:57 AMThis year in our social studies class we got to choose one topic to help get rid of in our community. We all choose a topic and wrote a speech about it ad presented it to the class. After all the presentations where done, we choose a topic. I did my speech on deforestation. It was not chosen, but we choose recycling. Doing this small thing as a class can make a big difference in the future. -
Kelsey Gerstler 4/02/2019 3:48 AMOne person in my class said that global warming wasn't a thing. Well, it is. So, doing eco-challenge helps get rid of global warming and other things that hurt our earth. We need to protect it from ourselves. -
