    It empowers me to waste less food. Before this, I would err on side of caution and throw more food out weekly!

    I have substitued re-usable silicone straws, re-usable metal and glass containers for transporting food, beeswax wraps instead of plastic handi-wrap. I use re-usable grocery sacks.

    I am mindful of recycling while at work! There are a lot of things we can recycle here in the hospital
