    We have been trying to find ways of using shipping packaging in our household for additional things. The bag that my silicone ziplock bags came in became the trash bag for cat litter.

    When I travel I notice the disparity of transportation services in different cities so that I feel grateful for what I have and envious of what some other cities have.

    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?
