REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?
Josue Grijalva 4/05/2019 2:34 PMIn this situation I feel that maybe I can use the money to buy food but instead of leaving the food i will just give it away for example giving it to shelter homes or to homeless people who actually need the food and will consume it. I think this is a hetter way to not let the food go to waste cause there are better ways to not make food a waste. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
Josue Grijalva 4/05/2019 2:27 PMTge knowledge of knowing the meaning of each is thdt it can improve the way you consume any type of food as well it helps the buyer know by when its good to buy it and by when it is good to consume. Reason of this is because it can prevent any sickness to the consumer and help them keep themselves good.
