Kyla Hart 4/15/2019 6:33 AMI've been talking to food takeout businesses to get rid of styrofoam and plastic. I finally got into the habit of asking Asian takeout to use the old-fashioned totally functional and adorable paper boxes instead of the plastic - you have to remember to ask for this when you call.-
Glenn Cherrits 4/15/2019 10:10 AMGreat thought. I love it. I'd pay extra for Chinese food paper boxes. They're delightful. (but you don't have to pay extra, you just have to enjoy the thought of all the plastic you kept out of the world.) :)

Kyla Hart 4/15/2019 6:30 AMBought a permanent coffee cup to cut down on plastic lids on purchased coffee.-
Mary Krembs 4/15/2019 8:47 AMThe Rhinebeck corner Mobil by the school charges the small coffee price when you bring in a reusable mug, even though my reusable mug is certainly more ounces than a small. I love that they support the reduction of plastic waste this way!
