    Challenge was CHALLENGING over Easter weekend; smaller portions especially! We prevailed in minimizing waste, walking, planting vegetables / plants and recycling containers.

    Not sure if anyone else finds the last step of rinsing before recycling a challenge but it is still a pain point for me.

    It's hard to log progress every day so I have missed a few points but on the plus side I am being more mindful around the new habits from this challenge.

      You can always go back and log actions on past days-- scroll to the bottom of your dashboard page and click on the circles without check marks to log anything you may have done :-) Great work so far!!

    Food Smaller Portions
    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    For me it's portion control. I hefty serving of my favorite foods leads to over eating and/or waste of left overs that no one wants followed by guilt.

    Walked to the doctor's office and the grocery store - 1.5 miles RT today. It's lovely out there too!
