REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterialsHow do you address your own feelings of concern, fear or despair about climate change?
Adrian Jensen 4/18/2019 4:33 AMI express my feelings about climate change by speaking to people about it and getting their opinion on the subject of saving the environment and what we could do to help. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterialsWhat are other easy and low-cost ways to reduce your water usage at home?
Adrian Jensen 4/16/2019 4:21 AMWays to reduce my water usage is to turn the water off while brushing your teeth, otherwise the water will just keep coming, and thats wasteful. Another is limiting your time in the shower to 5 min or so. Thats a LOT of water wasted if you take 10 min ones.
One more is using the same dish for food. Lets say you ate a cookie on a plate. Wipe the crumbs off then use it for a different food. That means you can waste water less running the dishwasher. -
Adrian Jensen 4/16/2019 4:15 AMHello everyone! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand UseHow is your diet currently impacting deforestation? What can you do to decrease your negative impact and increase your positive impact?

REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodFun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?
Adrian Jensen 4/11/2019 8:26 AMMore benefits from eating smaller portions is that less food gets wasted and people only eat what they need. It might help people not gain weight because of the smaller portions. -
Adrian Jensen 4/10/2019 6:14 AMKeep logging on to your challenges and completing them!
