REFLECTION QUESTIONLand UseAs you learn more about the scope and seriousness of the environmental challenges we face, what impact does that have on your thinking and actions? What are the parts that feel overwhelming? What parts help you feel hopeful?

REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
David Johnson 4/09/2019 1:55 PMMy research has let me understand that just because something is best by or used by or sold by this date doesn't mean that i can't buy it. In fact it's better to do so depending on what the product is, as it won't be thrown away in stores. -
David Johnson 4/04/2019 1:05 PMOn April 3rd I came home and had 1 bowl of leftovers, (a small bowl). And It was the only serving I had. I also took some time just reviewing over the topics of sell by, use by and best by. Sell by is the date at which the food for in whatever it is shouldn't be sold or consumed once going over. Use by is the date that is recommended for you to use the product. Best by is when the product is at it's greatest/recommended date it's best to be consumed or used.
