REFLECTION QUESTIONLand UseHow is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?
Kellee Korpi 4/24/2019 8:15 AMOn one hand, the oxygen it's providing is dreamy, on the other hand, nature makes an itch explosion in my eyes that takes me out of the running for activities....but I get to sit inside and breathe. So, you know, compromises. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity GenerationWhat did you learn about wave and tidal energy? Were you surprised by the information you found?
Kellee Korpi 4/23/2019 5:43 PMThe ocean is an untapped energy resource, but the fish are probably already fed up with our trash and nets harassing them when they're just minding their own business, munching on clown fish. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity GenerationWhat does your vision of a sustainable community look like? What would need to be changed in order for such vision to become reality?
Kellee Korpi 4/23/2019 5:41 PMMy vision includes people working together to make the community brighter for all. People need to start caring to make it possible -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and CitiesWhat have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?
Kellee Korpi 4/23/2019 4:07 PMIt's nice to have a few moments of nothing to accomplish on a walk. calming. -
Kellee Korpi 4/23/2019 9:54 AMI'm really killin it the last 6 days. I'll do better next month..... i'll give myself points. -
Kellee Korpi 4/12/2019 9:29 AMDay 10 Already? I'm just starting. I would've kicked butt at this in May. But the challenge makes it fun? I guess? There should be a napping challenge, lights are out, you're not consuming, it's pretty eco-friendly.
