REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterialsWhat would a sustainable water future in your region look like? What needs to change?
Eli Lamport 4/22/2019 6:24 PMWater can be saved in many ways, from collection and reuse of water at home to more efficient industrial process in huge factories. Examples of this include setting up a rain barrel to collect gutter water, this could be used to water a garden. Low flow rate shower heads are another great water saving mechanism, the initial cost of one will pay its self off in the savings on your monthly water bill. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportList some of the places you frequent often (work, grocery store, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?
Eli Lamport 4/22/2019 5:46 PMThere are several places that I go regularly that I could carpool to. These include: to and from school/ track practice, rides to recreational activities like mountain biking rides, and meetups around Asheville. I can rely on my parents as well as parents of friends, or my friends themselves as many of the people around me are getting their learners permits.
