    Today I went to Carthage college and took note of the infrastructure around me that made it possible for students to walk and bike without fear of being hit by a car. It was also pretty to be right by the lake.

    How do wetlands differ from other ecosystems -- both in the services they offer and in your personal experience of them?

    I'm not super sure that picking up cans and bottles is "restoring" but it's fine because we did some hard work and Isaac temporarily sacrificed his arms for the wetlands so we'll take it.

    today my mom bought bamboo travel utensils so we don't have to use plastic when we go out places like work and school to eat our lunches. We are officially the best family ever.

    today was a disgusting day so I shorted my walk because the slush was ruining my shoes.
