I never new that you could buy stuff after it was very recently expired.
It was really interesting to learn the difference between best by dates and sell by dates.

I have found that a daily walk makes you happy and relaxed but it is also hard to remember and to fit into your schedule.

Today I did not have any of these foods. For me it was not very hard to change my diet.
But I think It will be hard to stop eating/ drinking chocolate produce.

What does your vision of a sustainable community look like? What would need to be changed in order for such vision to become reality?

I learned about how methane is a big cause of global warming and I hope to be able to to inform people about ways to stop methane going into our atmosphere. I never new how big of a problem methane and now that I know I hope to be more aware. In my sustainable city I would have composting and recycling as the main way to deal with waste. To accomplish this we would have to start slowly getting rid of things like plastic and find more easily biodegradable solutions. I recently learned that adding a small amount of seaweed to a cows diet will reduce the amount of methane that a cow produces so I would have cow farmers start to add that to there cows diet.
