    We have had erratic weather this winter.  I have also seen this in parts of the US that aren't normally tracking with each other.  When I can look at a weather pattern that keeps temperatures the same from the East Coast to the West Coast, something is happening.  How do farmers plan when the season is changing so much?

    I have been working on my diet for years, but learning about the devastation to the earth was a new dynamic to thinking about what I eat.  Too often we become so health focused we forget the bigger picture.
