Wealth and transportation contribute to a meat eating society.  I believe many people are reevaluating what they eat due to over processing and transportation of goods.

Virtual meetings keep our teams connected and maintains a positive workplace that promotes a healthy company culture.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Smaller Portions
Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

Definitely health benefits because I am decreasing caloric intake.

I wasn't aware “Best before” indicates the date till which the food is in its best quality. However, it doesn’t mean the food is unsafe to eat beyond that point.
