    We use our new smart thermostat to raise the temperature during the day when no one is home to conserve energy and lower the temperature at night for a better sleep experience.

    Not only do we need to change our bulbs but we need to be more attentive to just turning the lights off when we are not in a room or are asleep. It becomes habit to leave lights on at night or when you leave a room and this needs to be adjusted to save electricity and resources.
