    How are environmental issues like black carbon and other emissions from cooking fires or rudimentary cookstoves also human health and social justice issues? Why do these issues matter to you?

    The emissions from fires and stoves can harm the lungs. If the atmosphere has too many harmful emissions, people may not be able to breathe.

    There are 420 ppm of CO2 in the atmosphere. That number needs to be lowered.

    Since I have access to many forms of transportation, deciding which ones to use requires a conscious effort. I make sure to use ones that are not only efficient, but also help the environment.
