Elanor Morris 4/05/2019 9:25 AMOur beef industry is huge and we rely on meat for most of our food, as well as a lot of our economy. We value capitalism more than anyone. -
Elanor Morris 4/03/2019 9:13 AMToday I have eaten 2 meatless meals. It was actually easy - I just had eggs for breakfast and a peanut butter sandwich for lunch. Eating vegetarian doesn't have to mean you eat a salad every meal. -
Elanor Morris 3/26/2019 10:01 AMThis is a really cool challenge. Last year our school won because of a collective team effort, and overall, I think this challenge is powerful enough to make a worldwide change if it gets more attention.
