How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

Day 2 of trying to limit my portions was unsuccessful as I was unable to finish everything on my Rez plate. I will keep this in mind for tomorrow by putting less food on my plate.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Transport
How has your access to various kinds of transporation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?

So I rode the Corsair Shuttle to birch today instead of driving, It was unfortunate I had to wait so long for it to come back. Probably gonna resort to walking on the next trip. Still felt pretty good to not pollute as much.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I attempted to plant an apple tree using an apple core, not sure if it's gonna work but the effort was there and it gave me a morale boost.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I had never heard of a methane digestor, however this was a good learning experience as I am now aware that they act as a converter of methane to energy.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?

Our upcoming Sustainable Movie event "Wasted" got me thinking about food waste and I noticed I usually don't eat everything on my plate. I am trying to change this habit to reduce my waste by putting less food on my plate, or purchasing a smaller meal that I know I can finish.
