  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

Meat is cultural in America- but it doesn't have to stay this way! As a practicing Catholic who celebrates Lent, we observe Lenten Fridays- I was recalling with my husband how it used to be more difficult to eat vegetarian, and its becoming increasingly easier with today's market. Let's keep it up!
