Kathy Nixon 4/12/2019 9:38 AMI am working real hard on not having any waste with food, making sure my portions are smaller.
Working on my husband who still believes we are cooking for an entire family now instead of just the two of us. This is a work in progress. But on a positive note he is taking food to some friends and family and sharing. :) -

Kathy Nixon 4/08/2019 7:25 AMIn researching this question, I found that I had no idea what eating meat meant to deforestation. I have already cut out about 90% of beef and pork from my diet. I am going to look at more ways I can make an impact.
