REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and CitiesWhat have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?
Christina Ou 4/29/2019 2:04 PMI have allergies so it was not the most enjoyable but walking outside got rid of a headache I had. I saw a lot of dogs so it was fun and I also realized that I gt tired easily from standing too long. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterialsWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Christina Ou 4/14/2019 3:55 PMI drink out of plastic water bottles alot because I find it easier since I dont have to wash the bottle or fill it up with water but i caneasilysubsitute it witha reusable waterbottle to reduce te amount of plastic bottle that enter the landfill -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodIn your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?
Christina Ou 4/09/2019 2:30 PMWe have a lot of fast food businesses opened up in this area and those companies involve creating products that contain meat in it. There are a lot of consumers of these products because many civilians prefer fast food over home cooked or natural foods. This shows that Americans value eating out and are too lazy to cook their own meals. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity GenerationWhat does your vision of a sustainable community look like? What would need to be changed in order for such vision to become reality?
