REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and CitiesChanging lightbulbs is an excellent first step toward energy efficiency! What's next for you?
Victoria Padilla 4/12/2019 11:37 AMI love my LED bulbs. Most of the bulbs in my home are LED energy efficient. Now you can practically get any bulb in LED. I put in a new light track in my kitchen which required special GU10 light bulbs but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they carried those bulbs in LED. My kitchen is so much brighter than the halogen would have been. -
Victoria Padilla 4/12/2019 11:29 AMI try not to be so wasteful when it comes to expiration dates, use by and sell by dates. Most of the time the food is still good. If my fruits and veggies start over riping, I will either give them to my rabbits or throw them in the compost. -
Victoria Padilla 4/08/2019 9:20 AMMulching the base of my trees and plants has saved me a lot of water! Plus the leaves that are still there from fall/winter, are over my strawberries acting as an insulator.
